This cellulose-based protein A chromatography resin provides extremely high antibody binding capacity exceeding 60g/L-resin along with a distinctive ability to remove impurities. It can be used under more-mildly acidic elution condition than conventional products, which reduces the risk of increased aggregate. It allows purification of antibodies with Fc domains and Fc fused proteins at higher levels of purity and higher yields. It can offer scalable process development from lab to clinical use and commercial production.

KANEKA KanCapA™

This cellulose-based protein A chromatography resin has high binding capacity and high alkaline resistance. It can accommodate large-scale antibody drug manufacturing using large columns as a standard-type protein A chromatography resin with excellent pressure-flow characteristics. Actually it has already been adopted in multiple clinical applications. It is ideal for use in purifying antibodies with Fc and Fc fused proteins from lab to clinical use and commercial production.

KANEKA KanCap™G

This cellulose-based protein G chromatography resin can be used to purify antibody fragments including CH1 domains such as Fab and F(ab’)2 with high binding capacity and high recovery rates thanks to improved recombinant protein G ligand that has higher affinity with the antibodies’ CH1 domain than existing wild-type protein G products. It can also be used to purify antibodies with an Fc domain and Fc fused proteins as well.

This cellulose-based protein L chromatography resin can be used to purify a wide range of antibodies and antibody fragments (scFv, diabody, Fab, F(ab’)2, etc.) with κ light chains with high binding capacity and high recovery rates thanks to improved recombinant protein L ligand with broader binding ability to subtypes than existing wild-type protein L products.
