Kaneka to Exhibit at “Japan-Africa Business Forum & EXPO”

Kaneka Corporation (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Mamoru Kadokura) will exhibit at the Japan-Africa Business Forum & EXPO Japan Fair (referred to below as “Japan Fair”) organized by Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO).
Japan Fair is an event to showcase the products, technologies and services of Japanese companies that will help solve issues facing Africa to African government officials and business related individuals visiting Japan during TICAD7 (The Seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development).
Our booth will exhibit materials for hair accessory products “Kanekalon®”, which is popular with African women, 100% plant- based biopolymer “Kaneka Biodegradable Polymer PHBH”, which has been adopted by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) in Kenya as a private sector for disseminating Japanese technology, and “See-Through PV modules”. We will introduce products and technologies that will contribute to sustainable growth in Africa.
We will also appear at seminar events at the venue and give a presentation on various products that contribute to solving African issues.
