Kaneka Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazuhiko Fujii) will revise the sales prices of processed oil products, etc. for shipments from April 16, 2026 as specified below.

The costs related to the production and sales of our processed oil and fat products, etc., including labor costs, equipment-related expenses, logistics, and packaging material have been rising and placing downward pressure on earnings.

While we have made substantial efforts to improve profitability through cost reductions, these measures alone are no longer sufficient. As a result, we have determined that a price adjustment is necessary to ensure a stable supply going forward.
