Price Revision of Modifiers

‐ Increasing the Price for Shipments from June 1 ‐

Kaneka Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Kazuhiko Fujii) will revise the sales price of impact modifiers (product names: Kane Ace™ B, Kane Ace™ M and Kane Ace™ FM), processing aids (product name: Kane Ace™ PA) and heat resistance resins (product name: Kaneka Telalloy™) sold to Japanese clients. For shipments from June 1, 2026, we will implement an additional price increase on top of the price revision effective April 1 (*1) as specified below.

 
We have already implemented a price increase for shipments from April 1, 2026. However, due to the impact of the Middle East conflict, raw material costs, energy costs, and other expenses continue to rise further.

Under these circumstances, in order to continue operations and ensure a stable supply going forward, we have determined that it is unavoidable to implement an additional price revision.
